This year, to help encourage on the air operating time and friendly competition of operating skill, prizes will be awarded to the top competitors. Classes include: Most contacts made(combined), top cw score, top voice score, farthest distant QSO score, farthest distant digital contact, etc. Create your own catagory!
The club is eligible to receive 100 bonus points for copying the special Field
Day bulletin transmitted by W1AW (or K6KPH on the West Coast) according
to the schedule below. You must include an accurate copy of the message
in your Field Day submission. The Field Day bulletin must be copied via
Amateur Radio; it will not be included in Internet bulletins sent out
from Headquarters and will not be posted to Internet BBS sites. Click paragraph for more info from ARRL.
Prizes include the "very popular" ARRL 2009 FD t-shirts, ball caps, pins and stickers.
